专业介绍

会计与金融专业:

培养目标:本专业作为会计与金融的交叉学科,涉及到会计、财政、税收、金融、保险、工商企业管理等专业的内容,是一个针对性很强的专业。通过运用研究性学习及教学技巧,培养了解会计与金融当前问题,能将理论知识与当前金融市场环境中的实践结合起来,并获得学术机构、企业雇主所青睐的技能的人才。
核心课程:金融模型预测、计量经济学、宏观微观经济学、高级金融理论、金融风险、金融模型、企业金融学、会计学与国际经济、财务风险分析、衍生物市场、贸易制度、全球金融系统、风险管理、证券管理。

培养目标:本专业培养良好的职业道德和人文素养,掌握酒店服务与经营管理的基础知识,具备良好的语言沟通、酒店经营管理和团队合作能力,注重学生综合素质的培养。主要学习经济管理基础知识、酒店管理基本理论,培养从事现代酒店业或高端服务业的一线服务和基层管理工作的高素质技术技能人才。
核心课程:数字营销、财务管理、创业思维、度假村开发、酒店管理概论、现代酒店营销、现代酒店财务管理、现代酒店餐饮管理、现代酒店前厅与客房管理、餐厅服务礼仪、食品营养卫生、饭店英语、公共关系、礼仪训练、会展模拟。
